Product Search Tutorial

Our website provides a robust search that is capable of smart search, keyword/related search and the the ability to filter down by category.

In order to take advantage of this functionality, you'll need to be signed into your account.

The search bar allows customers to manually enter text related to the product. Product name, SKU #, product attributes & description can be searched.

Our search functionality allows for smart search and will auto pull up 10 related listings to your search criteria.

Users must enter at least 3 characters to view your smart search results.

After user views search results, they will be able to narrow down the search by filtering by sub-categories and/or product filters.

Select one or multiple filters and hit apply button to see updated results.

If no search results are found or if there is related search terms, our search engine will display what is related to your search.

Systems will also include an AHRI # search field so users can search for particular AHRI # matches.
