The Respicaire NPI i-Guard uses advanced needlepoint bi-polar ionization technology to improve your indoor air quality. This self-cleansing system works in both residential and commercial ducted applications. The unit creates positive and negative ions through its unique ìVenturi Emissionî system. These ions spread throughout your space to reduce odors, VOCs, particulates, and airborne microbes. The i-Guard produces over 1 million ions per cubic centimeter, making it one of the most powerful compact ducted NPI systems available. The ions work by causing airborne particles to stick together (agglomerate), making them easier to capture. The system also creates air cleansers, including hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyls, super ionized oxygen, and oxidizing ions. These migrate into your indoor spaces to help deactivate molds, mildew, bacteria, viruses, and spores. The unit features a watertight housing that operates at peak output.
